SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

① PRODUCTION TIME

All MOMAMU pieces are made to order.
Production requires up to 20 business days from order confirmation, unless a different timeframe is specified for a particular item.

② SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES & COSTS

Estimated delivery times after production:

Domestic shipping (within Spain): typically 2–5 business days
European Union: typically 4–10 business days
International shipping: typically 7–20 business days

Shipments are handled through Packlink, which selects the most suitable carrier based on destination, service availability, and delivery speed.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on external factors such as customs processing, courier workload, or seasonal delays.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and package weight.

③ ORDER TRACKING

A tracking number will be emailed once the order has been shipped.
If you do not receive tracking information or your package is delayed, please contact momamulab@gmail.com.

④ EXCHANGES

Size exchanges (especially for rings) are accepted under the following conditions:

The request must be made within 14 days of delivery
The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated

⑤ MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOM PIECES

According to EU consumer regulations, custom, made-to-order, or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded.

This includes items produced specifically in the customer’s selected size, material, or configuration.

⑥ RETURNS

For non-custom items, customers may request a return within the EU’s 14-day withdrawal period.

To initiate a return, email momamulab@gmail.com with your order number.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer unless the item is defective.

⑦ REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the same credit card used for payment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrived defective.

⑧ DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours and include:

Your order number
Photos of the damage and packaging

Depending on availability, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund.
